Why am I getting an activation limit?

I just signed up in Feb 2025.
I have this running on my laptop. I had it on my Work PC when I am not using it.
Not on at the same time.
Love this app but i am annoyed I do not protection because of this.

I’m not a SpyShelter user, neither a technician, but your issue could be related to this one Using spyshelter in vmvare to repeatedly authorize the activation code causes the device to be exceeded
Anyway I’m sure that SpyShelterCarl, the person who manages this forum, will respond to you as soon is possible. SpyShelter team is located in USA so it will take some more hours.
