But when my physical machine restarted, I found that the activation of my physical system was lost, so I re-activated the activation code, and then I opened my virtual machine again, and found that the activation of the virtual machine was also lost, so I re-activated the virtual machine again (I am not sure whether the activation of my virtual machine was lost once or twice, or it may be twice). Now the activation of my virtual machine has not been lost, because I suspended the status of my virtual machine instead of shutting it down or restarting it. At the same time, I dare not restart my virtual machine now, because I am worried that the activation of my virtual machine will be invalid again. More importantly, now when I activate spyshelter on my physical machine, it directly prompts me that “your license has exceeded the number.” According to common sense, I did not use any tool that would randomly reset my host code or hardware code, so why did my activation fail? At the same time, why did it show that my activation code binding was full? Please ask the technician to review my activation code binding and solve this problem, because I am worried that I will encounter this situation again, which is very unbelievable. Sorry for the issue. The activation system we use allows some leeway with codes, so the problem you experienced should not happen. Also, the activation system we use has an option to allow VMs, and we allow this, so I am not sure what happened there either.

I responded to your email and adjusted your activation code, along with giving a hint to you. The hint is that you should go to the top right SpyShelter menu and choose “deactivate” before resetting your VM and the issue shouldn’t happen anymore.

Since you don’t deactivate, SpyShelter thinks you keep activating the code on new computers over and over.

We use a third party system for software activation. I will ask them if they have a solution. However, from my point of view I have doubts there is a solution for this because one of the major points of the activation system we use is that if an activation code is posted to the public it cannot be used unlimited times on unlimited machines. If we allowed unlimited use, then it seems like the code could be shared online and used indefinitely. Not many applications allow this kind of unlimited sharing of activation codes.
