I noticed that SpyShelter alert not always popup on top of other windows like it should and it’s not easy to see it. It already occurred two times and in the attached screenshot is partially hidden by Firefox window. Unfortunately I don’t remember if the first time it was partially hidden even then by the maximized Firefox window.
Sorry for the issue. This is a known problem and we’re working on a fix. I will alert the team with a reminder about this.
I’ve experienced it myself also.

Seems that it’s still the case. I just experienced this as well. My Firefox was on top of the popup (on second screen) and I could not figure out why I can’t run a installer. Turns out I had to minimize Firefox in order to see the Spyshelter popup 
Hope it gets fixed soon!
Please go to the top right SpyShelter cog icon and choose “About” and let me know what version you have.
