Common Issues
I didn’t receive an activation code - In this case please check your email spam or “promotions” folder. If you entered a typo for your email address please message me privately by clicking my name here, or contact our helpdesk. I can then fix the typo for you.
I can’t activate - If you already have SpyShelter installed, go to the top right menu and paste in your code. If you haven’t installed SpyShelter yet, you should download it first.
