Common Issues I didn’t receive an activation code - In this case please check your email spam or “promotions” folder. If you entered a typo for your email address please message me privately by clicking my name here, or contact our helpdesk. I can then fix the typo for you.
I can’t activate - If you already have SpyShelter installed, go to the top right menu and paste in your code. If you haven’t installed SpyShelter yet, you should download it first.
Wait I don’t get it. I purchased it for the year on Feb 2025. I have my activation code and it won’t take it now. Are you saying I have to pay again??
When I purchased it, it said it was fr a year! This isn’t a bait and switch is it?
