I like spyshelter because the company listen customers feedback seriously like Nothing Phone CEO and honest.
Thanks @canopus. I will keep working to answer your questions/concerns!
Actually, I start to feel frustrated when people don’t post things here so I hope people will keep posting new messages!
Another issue is if the customer uninstall the spyshelter without deactivate the key can put it back when the customer install back otherwise if the customer forget about the deactivate the key and when they installed back and activate the key and said reach the limit key they will face that kind of issue. I hope you can fix it and you are welcome.
Thanks for reporting this. On our end we meant to set up SpyShelter where you can do this scenario with no problems, in fact you shouldn’t even have to enter the key at all.
Is this for a virtual machine, or just for a normal computer setup (not a virtual machine)?
Let’s hope that most people are already quite happy with SpyShelter, so they don’t bother to post anything, so no feature requests and bugs. But can you perhaps comment on the VPN issue? Did you guys already try to reproduce?
Like most software, it seems if our network connection is blocked our software won’t work correctly. I’m not sure what the solution is.
I will respond in the other thread. But like I said, if the network connection is blocked, it shouldn’t affect SS from the ability to monitor system behavior. It should only affect stuff that’s related to cloud look up.
First of all, i think you shouldn’t hi-jack other threads with this.
And because you already did…
The issue is not VPN, the issue is related to enabled killswitch.
It is for normal computer setup.
If I have the ESET antivirus, I saw some collide like performance my computer start slower. I notice that a lot. Since they both use HIPS it will collide the system , will result the false positive and they both have keystroke encryption. So I have to choose one. Windows defender and spyshelter is fine not with the ESET.
