Due to user feedback, we’re adding PUP detection to SpyShelter in the next major release! This means that SpyShelter will detect and auto-quarantine unwanted programs (if your settings allow that).

This is really good news.
We had a security researcher testing, and when they tested their malware collection they found some were detected as PUPs. It looked to that person like we couldn’t detect them, but instead we had intentionally decided not to detect PUPs which we realize now was a mistake.
Therefore, we’re adding PUP detection soon!
