Hello, for some time i already noticed that when checking in what mode/status SS currenty is, after this the “protection mode” window and sometimes also the “status” window as well, do not dissapear.
Basically it will only dissapear, if i click on the current or a new mode.
Since i do not see more messages about it here, i’m not sure if this is only happening to me?
Of course not a big issue, but since it is happening for months already i decided to send a message about it.
Sorry for the issue. If you go to the top right cog icon and choose “About”, what version number of SpyShelter does it say you have?
The version number is: 15.3.0.898, this should be the latest version right?
Yes, that is our latest version. I was hoping you might have an older version and we had fixed an earlier UI issue.
I am not sure I understand 100% what you are saying. Is it possible to post a screenshot that contains no personal information so I can understand what you are seeing? Please don’t post any personal data.
