Microsoft 11 blocks Installation of Application with Blocking Driver Install

I recently tried to install Spy Shelter Free Version, numerous times, and every single time the installation process fails stating it could not install the drivers. Any suggestions as to how to resolve this?

@arellahiriza

Sorry for the issue. Can you make a screenshot of what you see and post it here?

Are you talking about our Classic software, or the software available to be downloaded from the SpyShelter.com home page?

Thank you for the prompt response. I was able to get the application installed. I temporarily disabled MSFT Defender, and it loaded. I had to do some other processes because the “uninvited guests” on my OS tried to restrict me from accessing my desktop. I gave been plagued by a group of 7-10 Azure devevopers taking complete control over my entire system, leaving me without the ability to function within the windows OS. Thus, the need for Spy Shelter. I am being recorded 24/7 and my phone controlled by MDM. All of this without my permission. Spy Shelter gives me a bit of an upper hand to deploy anti attack measures. I am a 69 year old woman. I purchased the Windows OS, I own the license yet MSFT thinks I am a serious threat. It is sad how a wonderful product can be turned around to a nightmare. What a shame.

It sounds like SpyShelter is working OK now.

But, just for anyone else reading this, it should not ever be necessary to disable Windows Defender or Windows Security to install SpyShelter.

I’m sorry to hear these issues are happening to you. For peace of mind I think it would be best to completely reinstall Windows fresh, then after that install SpyShelter again after that. If you run into any problems with SpyShelter on the fresh system please let me know so I can help.
