ask to your bank marchant,
with your bank number, you can retreive a bill
only with the email adress you give to them before.
i think is 2checkout or stripe or something like this,
the bill is authentic only when you will have a number reference of them,
without a reference number, your bill can not be a proof of your payement.

Purchased a license using “User” only as ‘Name’…Random address user also?
Officially purchase a license with those info…Anyway, sans the bank docs, your best bet is the emial address that you used. Certainly a copy of the purchase was sent to that email. Without it your on a fix.
