I have a feature idea perhaps worth considering?

First off, you know I’m a fan. This app fills in needs!

I have this idea. What if there was a "graylist.
When an service or app pops up, you can add them to a “graylist”.
Think of it as an indefinite “denial”. Where you can go back to that “container” later.
and let you decide if you want to “approve it/whitelist” or completely “blacklist” it when you get more info about the service and what it may affect indirectly.
For example, you realize, oh no that was for so and so app and now I can’t (add function here) OR “Oh yeah this needs to be shut down” , send to “blacklist”.

Interesting idea, thanks for posting!

You probably already know this, but for anyone else reading we do have “allow once only” under the “more” menu for allow/deny alerts. It kind of helps with this because you can allow something to run once only, but don’t add an official permanent rule with it.

I know that’s not what you’re saying, but I just thought I’d mention it can kind of be helpful in a similar way to a “graylist” maybe, in some cases.

I do think it would be cool if you could add notes or info to your rules so you can remember why you did certain things, or if you found something is required to run for a certain app to function, etc…

Thanks!
