Nobody responds for issue on all emails from website helpdesk and bussiness
Please note today (Independence Day) is a National Holiday in the USA.
Can you privately message me the email you sent? I can see now I’m all caught up on email at our helpdesk.

To exclude tech issues, I’ve used totally new mailbox in diffrerent service not outlook.
I can’t see option to send priv message via forum, so I’ve just sent @ directly to your mailbox related to that post, you will quickly recognize it (@gmail)
I don’t see the email. Perhaps your email is having technical problems sending out? We use a mainstream email service provider that’s reliable. You can check the forum to see here that others are getting responses with no issues.

I have no problems sending emails as far as I can see; fresh emails arrive everywhere (three other private mailboxes and one business mailbox). What do you mean by “message me”? I don’t see a private message option here on the forum(possible availiable for users after X time)
I did it again a minute ago using public both destinations from your website: (removed by Admin to avoid spam) I assume those emails are perfectly good or at least one of them for you.
It seems to me that Outlook and Gmail are as mainstream as possible; I don’t know of anything better that’s generally available. I tested it, and it works perfectly everywhere.
No bounce backs, so the email seems to be delivered at the destination. The email is a fresh setup, so it’s not possible that it’s recognized as spam. I’ve heavily tested sending and receiving from a few addresses.(both ways)

The reason we also have a forum is to help people in case they have email issues, and to also make all issues public to help others.
I just did some test sending from personal Outlook/Gmail accounts and I was unable to recreate the issue.
If any other SpyShelter users are experiencing this, please chime in so we can continue to investigate and solve the problem.
I clicked on your name, and this is what I see. I can’t send a private message; as an admin, you can probably send me a message first or enable this option (I’ve mentioned this twice already, that I don’t know how to send a private message).

P.S. Emails seem to be delivered; otherwise, I would have received bounce backs, especially since they were sent to two different addresses and from two different addresses. They don’t contain attachments or any links, and the content is normal. This sounds so impossible…
ps. The same me I cannot re-create issue, mean my mailbox works perfectly as said before.

I don’t see that button(fresh account), however helped initial message from you(Thank you for sending) and I was able to reply you, I’ve sent here 2 priv messages, one with case the other one with address for sure.

Update:
- I see now “Message” button (As I suspected it was matter of fresh setup forum account)
- I don’t have further replies on priv, I have asked specific questions.
