I would like to know if the Screenshot Protection feature can manage the permissions for “Screen recording” within the title (see title, which refers to the behavior of recording images and generating videos for specific computer screen operation interfaces/software windows)
Thanks for your feedback! At this time we can’t specifically detect screenshots or screen recording attempts, but maybe this will be possible in the future. I’ll discuss the concept with our team.
Unfortunately it may be impossible to detect/report screen recording due to how Windows works at this time, so instead we just block all of it.

If you turn on our “Screenshot Protection” you are saying OBS can still work OK? Are you sure this feature is turned on in our software? Right click our icon in the bottom right notification area in the Windows OS.

Thanks. So it sounds like the entire screen is black, however if you choose a specific window in OBS it’s not black (not protected). We will investigate and see if we can recreate/solve this issue. Thank you for taking the time to report this problem so we can improve.
