I’m deaf. I have several browsers - Edge, Chrome, Brave, and Vivaldi - and subscribe to Hulu, Netflix, and Prime Video. I just installed Spy Shelter Pro. I’m getting black screens with no video on a couple of the browsers and have no close captioning on the videos that are still coming through. Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated. Thanks.
If you right click our icon and disable “screenshot protection” then watch a video, does it solve it?
Is it possible it is due to another application? I ask because I myself often use closed captioning on most platforms and I always was running SpyShelter for years and never saw this. It is not acceptable to somehow disable closed captioning and I think we’d have a large number of major complaints here in our public forum if we did that. Maybe it could be due to “screenshot protection” somehow, but I even doubt that can be the cause? Please try and let me know your results.
Alternatively, you could turn SpyShelter to “all off” with no protection, then watch videos and you can see that we should not be responsible for the issue.
If I am somehow wrong and this bug has appeared somehow recently then my apologies, but we cannot seem to reproduce this.
