Been really liking SpyShelter so far

I came across your app by chance after using KeyScambler for many years.
After a Windows update, all my browsers crashed whenever I clicked into a text field. I went nuts trying to figure it out until by some sort of blessing I received a random alert that mentioned KeyScambler; then I put two and two together.
After disabling and then removing KeyScrambler, everything was cool.

But then I was left without keylog protection.
I turned to ChatGPT and asked for the best and SpyShelter was one of a couple it suggested. I perused through each one and I liked the maturity of your of your product and that it is supported.
But to my surprise and delight, it had other features that were very similar to a product I used decades ago and has long been gone. It was called BlackIce.
It does most of what it did and then some.

Glad to have found your product!

Thank you for your kind words!

I recall that app, it was very popular. If I remember correctly, ICE was supposed to stand for “Intrusion Countermeasures Electronics” from cyberpunk culture. I think that could be a good description for what we’re trying to do!

Then the “Black” version of ICE supposedly killed people trying to intrude… which would be cool, but I think that’s illegal. :grimacing:

We’re coming up with a very minimal update shortly, then we’ll have a big update in the next month or so with major new features!

I’m digging it.
I look forward to it!

Black Ice was a convenient way to block everything and anything out when you had to take a break, felt extra spicy, had way too much mountain dew and also keeping grubby fingers off your sh*t.
