Activation issues

Hi,
Could you please instruct me on how to deal with this issue:
I’m getting frequent Activation messages on the app in the only laptop that I have it installed. I was cutting and pasting the code received, however now the application is not getting activated.
I ignore why the application is getting the code lost. I’m using this application in only one laptop (you may be able to see it in your side). The laptop has two accounts: a user and an administrator.

@cborchichi sorry for the issue. Activation issues are unacceptable of course.

If you go to the top right cog icon and choose “About”, what version of SpyShelter do you use? The answer to this will help me solve the problem.

I’m using version 15.3.0.898. Updated today (manually) to 15.4.0.970

There was a known issue with activations/subscriptions and the older software.

I made an adjustment to your code that you sent me previously. Is everything working now?

Yes Carl. All working ok.

I did not have to enter the code again, the app started this morning activated (maybe the last code was still there).

I also updated the app manually to the latest (15.4.0.970). Should the app update automatically by itself or should we manually do it? (no problem either way, just want to know what to expect).

Going forward it should automatically update. We were waiting to send out that update because we are working on another minimal update that should be done next week or so.
