Thanks for your response. I know this URL can be used to download SpyShelter Premium, but it can only download v.14. There is no other option to choose v.12.8 or v12.9. ---

OK, now I get it. We don’t host every old build of our software due to known bugs and issues with those older versions. We host the final most stable versions only. ---

I will share your comments with our team. I think the reason we don’t do that is because the older versions could have bugs or other unexpected issues that were fixed. ---

Thanks. By the way, the reason why I wanted to download v12.8 and v12.9 is because I had some problems running version 14, so I wanted to test it on the older versions. ---

OK I see, I believe that’s why certain people on this forum might have been upset a bit. But this should be made more clear, to avoid confusion. And BTW, there is definitely something wrong with the forum, the quoted text seems to disappear, at least on my system.
